• Must have experience operating skid steers, company excavators, mini skid steers, concrete saws, etc.

• Must be able to read, understand, and communicate plan drawings and specifications.

• Must have experience grading and additional site work.

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.

• Must be able to learn to effectively use landscape tools.
